Known as La Roc Fleuri, you may recognize this cliffside villa from scenes from the 1983 Bond film, Never Say Never Again, and the home was also the longtime residence of actor Sean Connery, who was the first actor to play the iconic Bond role between 1962 and 1983.
The property was put on the market in 2014 and despite multiple price reductions (from €55M to €25M) and a promotional video narrated by Douglas himself released in 2019, there were no serious offers. As of May 2020, the property has been taken off the market.
